My time at Wesleyan has been a collection of moments that pushed me to grow; in the classroom, on the field, and in the spaces in between. Whether I was adapting to unexpected challenges, learning to trust myself in unfamiliar environments, or rebuilding confidence through trial and error, each experience taught me something about resilience and openness. From navigating new relationships and responsibilities to reshaping my identity as both a student and an athlete, I’ve learned that growth rarely happens in a straight line. Instead, it shows up through the shifts we allow, the feedback we embrace, and the willingness to keep moving forward even when the path feels uncertain.
